Chief Encouragement Officer
Before he started Wolfe, Inc. Jim held the titles of Assistant Distribution Manager, Director of Human Resources & Training, and Vice President of Distribution. These roles gave him the opportunity to interact with employees and learn about staff management, human resources, and internal and external customer service.
As CEO of Wolfe, he strives to provide exceptional value and quality to our clients big or small. The atmosphere he creates is professional and friendly and one in which customer service is delivered by dedicated staff members that exude pride, warmth, friendliness and company spirit. He assists employers nationwide in their efforts to create safe, successful, and healthy environments for their employees.
Leader of Client Advocacy
A native of Asheville, Melissa began her career at Wolfe in 1999. She started in the lab, as an accessionist and later became a certified DER. She was promoted to the Sales Department and assigned the Leader of Client Advocacy role. She strives to provide exceptional value and quality to our clients big or small. Her goal is to maintain strong partnerships with current clients while providing great communication to ensure a successful program. When she’s not focusing on Wolfe client relationships, she enjoys spending time with her husband and step-sons. You can find her supporting them at high school sporting events and spoiling her “fur babies”.
Leader of Background Screening Division
Born in to a career Air Force family, Leslie had the privilege of living many different places growing up. This helped shape who she is today.
Leslie calls Western NC and Columbia SC “home” as summers spent there with grandparents and extended family were the places that she put down roots.
Two traits instilled in her as a military brat followed her in to her adult life: organization and “to protect and serve”. These traits are in the forefront of Leslie’s work ethics as she and her team keep in mind protection everyday while completing background screening for their clients. They also show in keeping the process organized, timely and accurate.
Outside of work Leslie enjoys spending time with her 4 children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys serving as Chairman of the Congregational Care Committee of her church which allows her the opportunity to visit with other church members and the community in their homes, nursing facilities and hospitals. Serving others brings joy to Leslie whether in her personal or business life.
Technology Solutions and innovations Leader
“Begin with the end in mind” is a quote Mark takes to heart every day at Wolfe. For 15 years Mark has made sure our telephones work and that our clients can log in to the portal for their results. He also writes programs for applications we use every day at Wolfe.
When he isn’t answering an SOS call from one of his less tech-savvy coworkers, he’s working on his wife’s old pickup truck, his old car, fixing a chair or building a deck. He really is a man who can fix anything because he begins with the end in mind.
Director of Client Relations
Dana was born and raised in Kannapolis, North Carolina and still lives there today. “I love it here because we are a few hours from the beach and a few hours from the mountains. It’s the best of both worlds.” Dana began her career at Wolfe 21 years ago in customer service and is now our invaluable Director of Client Relations. She’s been certified by the AAMRO as an MRO assistant since 2013. She manages our drug testing inventory, sources new products from manufacturers, provides backup for our MRO and our random selection coordinator, and manages our Charlotte and Concord collector teams.
Our Technology Solutions Leader Mark Jessop says about Dana, “When I’m thinking through a process I’ll walk over and discuss it with her. She helps me see it from a different point of view, offering up insights I couldn’t see from my perspective.”
